What youll do
- Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure seamless operations of the critical systems for different customers
- Monitoring the SAP applications using multiple SAP & RW tools analysing and advising customers on remedial actions; highlight issues to management
- Perform Health Checks production /nonproduction related to performance
- Knowledge of Batch Jobs Interface Channel monitoring Certificate Availability
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the basis technical issues to the customer
- Maintain documentation on SOPs KEDBs and Quality checks.
What you bring
- The candidate should have 3 years of experience managing SAP technologies as Basis consultant
- Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems
- Must have strong technical foundation and strong problemsolving skills
- Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines
- Collaborate with the Customer partners to help in remediation and resolution
Personal Skills:
- Selfstarter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to drive Client interactions
- Good team player and quick learner.
