Endocrinologist 1.0 FTE

PRACTICE SPECIFICS
We are looking for a patientcentered Endocrinologist to join our team of 5 Physicians (including 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist) 5 NP/PAs and 18 additional staff.
Great position for work/life balance.
Call: rotation including weekends; coverage includes inpatient diabetes care. We will openly discuss this as part of the interview process.
Inpatient coverage at Essentia HealthSt. Marys Medical Center a 344bed tertiary care hospital Level I Adult Trauma Center or Essentia HealthDuluth a 165bed hospital both located on the same connected campus.
Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PAteam covers all hospital glucose management.
Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices including pumps sensors and meters.
Primarily outpatient practice: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Some outreach possible.
No evening weekend or holiday call.
Patient volume/day: 1012.
REQUIREMENTS
BC/BE in Endocrinology or
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a strong interest in Diabetes care.

150 miles north of the north of Minneapolis/St. Paul

Regional service area: 460000. Comprised of 20 clinics and 7 Hospitals

COMPENSATION
$291387 for BC/BE Endocrinologist. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
