As a facilitator on Stripes People Development team (part of the Talent & Development organization) you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning experiences for Stripes with a particular focus on manager development. This role requires extensive facilitation expertise and the ability to engage participants at all levels in a dynamic learning environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive selfstarter with extensive experience in facilitating both virtual (Zoom) and inperson sessions ensuring a supportive and productive atmosphere that supports Stripes mission and operating principles. Though the primary focus of this role will be facilitation we are seeking a candidate with experience across all aspects of people development work including high quality content design and effective stakeholder engagement.

In this role youll be reporting into the People Development team a subteam under the Talent & Development function along with Talent Management and New Hire Programs.

Responsibilities
Facilitation Excellence
- Facilitate regular live virtual sessions from the Manager Development Product Suite a series of development offerings for Stripe managers at varying levels of complexity
- Partner with the New Hire Programs team to occasionally facilitate new employee onboarding sessions (Stripe 101 live & inperson for from our HQ office in South San Francisco
- Support emerging highpriority facilitation needs including leadership onsites and team development experiences
- Employ advanced facilitation techniques to create an interactive and productive learning environment ensuring participants are actively involved and engaged
Content Delivery and Design
- Deliver highquality content while drawing on adult learning principles and best practices in facilitation to ensure information is effectively conveyed and retained
- Take the lead on adapting and iterating existing materials ensuring they meet the evolving needs of participants and reflect Stripes latest strategy
Program Implementation
- Partner with various stakeholders across the organization to align facilitation efforts with key business objectives and learning goals ensuring that each session supports Stripes broader strategy.
- In partnership with operations partners evaluate the effectiveness of facilitated sessions through participant feedback and assessment metrics and implement feedback in service of continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements
- 610 years of professional experience facilitating complex content (Zoom and IRL) to audiences of varying seniority with a focus on leadership development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a facilitation context
- Extensive instructional design experience building and iterating content in support of business goals with a strong eye for aesthetic design and branding
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for making complex concepts accessible to participants
- Strong collaboration skills capable of working with crossfunctional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced selfdirected and performancedriven environment
- Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with business leaders and key partners across the organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: demonstrates effective listening user needs assessment skills with the ability to synthesize data collected and identify the root problem causes and drive resolution.
- Proven ability to make judgment calls and sound decisions demonstrating strong accountability confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and quality in support of effective flawless delivery of content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience facilitating strategy sessions and/or leadership development experience for senior leaders up to the CSuite level
