What We Do
The Talent Development Consultant will oversee and enhance key initiatives including new hire onboarding leadership development and other talent development projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating exceptional learning and development experiences and a proven ability to manage multiple programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver programs that align with Fidelitys strategic objectives and enhance employee growth.
How Youll Make an Impact
Design and implement an engaging structured onboarding experience for new employees.
Continuously assess and improve onboarding workflows incorporating feedback and best practices.
Deliver interactive onboarding sessions introduce new hires to company culture and provide resources for a smooth transition.
Ensure all necessary paperwork policies and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Leverage onboarding platforms and tools to automate and enhance the new hire experience.
Track onboarding effectiveness through employee feedback retention rates performance indicators and alignment with business goals.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners including vendors and community organizations to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Create engaging learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences leveraging innovative tools and methodologies.
Lead endtoend program management including planning logistics facilitation and evaluation.
Provide support to program participants to enhance their learning and career development.
Stay informed on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in talent development.
Identify opportunities for innovation and scalability across Fidelitys learning and development initiatives.
What Were Looking For
University degree in Business Administration Human Resources Education or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
24 years of experience in talent development program management or a related role preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
Proven ability to design implement and evaluate learning and development programs.
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Bilingualism in English/French would be an asset.
