The Role
Youll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities structuring negotiating and executing intricate transactions as well as managing client relationships within the Australian Gas Market.
Additionally you will oversee the internal portfolio in accordance with established hedging strategies. Your contributions will be vital in further advancing GEMS external Gas franchise propelling our growth strategy and strengthening our market presence.
About you
- Tertiary Qualification in Economics Legal Finance or a related field
- Experience trading or dealing in energy market including knowledge of Australian Gas market transaction structures regulations and market participants
- Prior experience or exposure to complex negotiations and the endtoend process to
- Articulate with high commercial awareness and exceptional consultative skills
- Ability to work crossfunctional in a complex matrix organisation developing strong internal networks to deliver strategic results
