With millions of installations of our Plugin and intense traction in the enterprise sector Windsurf has uniquely already achieved strong product market fit and is looking to take it to the next level. As a Partner Marketer youll lead our partner marketing playbook and elevate our presence through unforgettable events and campaigns.
From cobranded activations with toptier partners to behindthescenes coordination of content creation and partner enablement youll shape how partners engage with our brand and how buyers experience our joint value proposition. This role is based in Austin and will collaborate closely with our field sales product and partnerships teams.

Lead CoMarketing with Strategic Partners: Own the endtoend planning and of comarketing initiatives with cloud providers systems integrators and tech partners
Activate and Scale Partner Events: From sponsored conferences to executive roundtables drive highimpact partnerled events that showcase joint value and move pipeline
Build the Partner Marketing Playbook: Create scalable programstoolkits campaign templates onboarding guidesto enable repeatable success across the partner ecosystem
Align on Joint GTM Strategy: Collaborate closely with alliances sales and product marketing to ensure partner messaging campaigns and events align to shared pipeline goals
Maximize ROI from MDF & Budget Allocations: Strategically manage marketing development funds (MDF) track ROI and optimize spend across cobranded campaigns
Measure Report Improve: Define KPIs for every partner motiontrack influence on pipeline report outcomes and iterate on whats working
Be the Internal Advocate for Partner Marketing: Educate internal teams on partner offerings timelines and cosell opportunities to drive stronger alignment and field
36 years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 12 years directly supporting partner marketing channel strategy or ecosystem GTM
Proven ability to build and execute comarketing plans with technology partners cloud providers or resellers
Deep understanding of partner motionsfrom MDF and joint pipeline goals to campaign attribution and enablement
Strong event planning and program management skillsyou can run point on executive dinners field activations and campaigns with ease
Excellent communicator and relationshipbuilder; you know how to align multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
Strategic mindset with handson chopsyoure just as comfortable crafting a joint value prop as you are running the booth
Familiarity with developer tools cloud ecosystems or AI/infra partnerships is a strong plus
