We are looking for a talented Total Rewards Senior Managerto help us shape and implement cuttingedge compensation and benefits programs that will elevate employee satisfaction engagement and retention across the organization.

What your responsibilities will be

As part of the Total Rewards team you will have the opportunity to make a real impact through the following key responsibilities:

Executive Compensation:

  • Design and manage executive compensation plans
  • Design Long Term Incentive end to end.
  • Provide actionable rewards recommendations to our Executive Committee.

Total Rewards Design:

  • Develop and roll out comprehensive total reward programs ensuring fairness transparency and performancebased compensation programs: merit review processes bonus and incentives benefits and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure our rewards strategies are competitive costeffective and aligned with both business goals and employee expectations.
  • Effectively communicate the value and details of our Total Rewards programs to executives managers and employees driving understanding and engagement.

Rewards Compliance:

  • Lead the development and ongoing refinement of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local national and international regulations staying uptodate on industry trends and best practices.

Rewards System Transformation:

  • Lead the transformation of our rewards systems ensuring they are userfriendly and datadriven empowering managers to make informed decisions.
  • Provide reliable actionable rewards data to the business enabling more effective management and decisionmaking.

Who you are

Youre a resultsdriven analytical professional with a passion for creating competitive fair and engaging Total Rewards programs. You thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments and have the following qualifications:

  • A University Degreein HR Business Administration Economics Management or a similar field (an MBA or additional business qualifications are a plus).
  • 8 yearsof relevant experience in compensation and benefits with a proven track record in managing variable compensation schemes.
  • A deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles practices and regulations.
  • Proficiency with HRISand compensation analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communicationand presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analyticaland problemsolvingskills paired with a keen attention to detail.
  • A team playerwho enjoys collaborating across functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluent in Englishand Spanish(both spoken and written).
