Setting up workstations and notebooks
Troubleshooting on workstations and notebooks
Warranty processing
Software installation
Client lifecycle:
Quick comprehension and problemsolving skills
Goods receipt and registration of IT equipment
Maintenance of IT assets in an asset database
Disposal of IT equipment
What you bring with you:
- Degree in IT computer science business
informatics or a comparable field of study
Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
and Microsoft application
Experience in delivering IT projects is desirable
High flexibility as well as communication and
teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken English (at least
C1
