- Melbourne Burwood or Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus hybrid work arrangements
- Part Time 0.6FTE and fixed term until 31 December 2025
- HEW 7 $101858 $Superannuation (pro rata part time)

About this role:
The Analyst Student Insights plays a key role in providing datadriven advice analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational planning across the Student Services portfolio with a strong focus on enhancing the student experience and informing continuous service improvement.
As an Analyst Student Insights you will:
- Contribute to the design development and enhancement of a universitywide analytics framework that supports strategic decisionmaking.
- Integrate and analyse diverse data sources to identify trends resolve issues and present insights in clear actionable terms.
- Deliver innovative technical solutions aligned with Deakins strategic goals promoting modern and efficient work practices.
- Collaborate across teams to prioritise data requests and ensure timely highquality insights for a range of stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by seeking stakeholder feedback overcoming change barriers and applying lessons learned across projects.
To be successful youll have:
- Tertiary qualifications with extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Proven expertise in data analysis visualisation and dashboard/report development within large complex organisations.
- Skilled in gathering documenting and managing user requirements to deliver actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and communicate findings in a clear userfriendly format.
- Proficient in data tools including Tableau (essential) with experience in Cognos Alteryx R and SPSS considered advantageous.
