We are looking for a Quality Engineer responsible to improve process capability with regards to evaluating statistical data analysis and implementing corrective action to achieve plant relevant metric indicators. Also responsible for issuing maintaining controlling and auditing documentation required for Technical Transfer Validation Nonconformance Investigations and cGMP compliance.
This role supports the ESM program and Quality Training.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure site adheres to Hills / Colgate Quality Standards and Hills Plant Food Safety Program based on handling Technical Transfer Quality Standard. Includes handling plant EMOs and conducting post launch / product reviews.
- Execute & manage process validation program for the site build and execute PQ protocols analyze and report process capability to ensure cGMP compliance. Supports IQ / OQ.
- Investigate report and document Product Nonconformances and conduct CAPA investigations at the site.
- Responsible for understanding process control capabilities of site and driving continuous improvement projects.
- Documentation support through development and review of operational SOPs
- Investigate and report customer complaint trends for site and ensures formula related complaints are fully investigated and documented.
- Participate and support on Internal and external audits.
- Conduct training to site on process control SOPs and other required topics.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry Engineering Biology Food Science or other related field
- At least 2 years ofprevious manufacturing experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of HACCP Food Safety FSMA
- Knowledge of Quality procedures and Systems
- 2 years of confirmed experience in Quality related field
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma / Lean Manufacturing
- Working understanding of SAP / Minitab
- Prior participation in auditing programs
