Job Description
We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join our team at the fivestar Merchant Hotel Belfast. When it comes to hospitality and customer service we believe we are the best in the business. General office hours are Monday to Friday 9am5pm but flexibility is essential as occasional evenings and weekends will be required for client events fam trips site inspections and show rounds.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a busy office making outbound calls
Desirable Criteria:
- 1 years experience within hotel sales or a hospitality environment
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems
