Job Description

Senior Director Transformation

Reports to: VP Transformation

Job Summary: The Senior Director of Transformation plays the role of managing the overall enterprise V2MOM transformation program. Critical to the success of the V2MOM Transformation this role will ensure the V2MOM Transformation program is on track. The role involves ensuring interdependencies between workstreams and enterprisewide changes are managed risks have clear mitigation plans and asks are clearly escalated to the Global Leadership Team (GLT). This role will also manage the identification and prioritization of new Transformation workstreams onboarding of workstreams into the enterprise V2MOM Transformation program and embedment of Transformation workstreams to move into the everyday rhythm of the business as they graduate the Transformation. This role will be pivotal in supporting the overhaul of operations and building of new capabilities. They will partner with crossfunctional brand commercial and function leaders to drive the change objective of each workstream.

How You Will Make a Difference:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive transformation strategies that align with VFs longterm global goals.
  • Partnering with VP Transformation GLT regional leaders brand and commercial leaders and key strategy team members to identify innovation opportunities to transform the business.
  • Providing competitive intelligence for strategic business planning including setting organizational goals KPIs and project plans for key stakeholders.

Stakeholder management & communication

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align transformation priorities with business strategy
  • Acting as a key liaison between TMO workstream leads and GLT
  • Providing regular updates executive briefings and presentations on transformation progress
  • Developing program calendar and tracking interdependencies with communications calendar
  • Developing content and supporting teams on board materials (e.g. KPI tracking)

Interdependency tracking / program management & oversight

  • Managing risks and interdependencies between multiple transformation workstreams
  • Providing governance to drive executional certainty for overall V2MOM program through the establishment of infrastructure (e.g. charters milestones) and tracking of progress for new and ongoing workstreams
  • Supporting embedment of Transformation workstreams as they graduate and move into everyday rhythm of the business

Workstream leadership &

  • Leading highimpact transformation programs including (but not limited to): digital product creation GDF 2.0 and supply chain excellence
  • Closely monitoring impact of highprofile transformation programs on GTM in coordination with VP Transformation

Culture change management & communication

  • Partnering with VF HR to drive organizational change efforts to embed new ways of working across teams and drive a culture of agility and crossfunctional collaboration (e.g. behaviors)
  • Partnering with VF L&D teams to upskill and train teams on new tools capabilities and ways of working

Transformation people development

  • Develop a team of junior transformation program managers able to drive workstreams forward on a daytoday basis with a crossfunctional business understanding
  • Build a team with diverse and deep skill set across the value chain e.g. expertise in Supply Chain Product Development Merchandizing Marketing Planning to support transformation workstreams such as Digital Product Creation GTM capability builds such as MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning) and iGBMP (integrated Global Marketing Plan development) and PXM.

  • Ability to integrate and analyze data from internal and external sources to make decisions.

  • Executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills to not only communicate with but influence leaders across the organization

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in related field preferred; Masters degree preferred

  • Minimum 35 years management experience

  • Experience driving strategic and operational activities for a transformation office or PMO team within a global organization

  • Experience driving cost or digital programs ideally in the apparel/footwear/fashion industry

Hiring Range:

$224640.00 USD $280800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.

LongTerm Incentive Potential: This position is eligible to participate in a LongTerm Incentive Plan. Specific details of the plan will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
