Technology Summer Internship Program
Department of Technology
Summer 2025
Temporary Parttime30 hours per week MondayThursday
$15.00/hour
Mission
To engage high school students or class of 2025 graduates in a Divisionwideproject through summer internship program will begin June 9 2025 and run for approximately 8 weeks. The program may be extended past the end date based on need and availability.
Required Skills
Interns must have:
- Basic knowledge of computers; general proficiency of hardware software and OS.
- Skills necessary to unpack inventory and configure computers and mobile devices.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and to follow directions.
- Ability to perform quality checks on your own work and the work of other interns.
- Must have effective communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in a team environment.
- Must be willing to work in any school in the division if needed.
- Knowledge of Windows applications or interest in developing such knowledge.
- Must be able to be on time and have reliable transportation to and from work.
