Job Description
Job Goal: To assist in the provision for the security and protection of all students staff and property at an elementary school.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work as a member of the school based team
- Good people skills
- Good organizational skills
- Effective student management skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is strongly preferred
- One year of post high school education preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the entrances to building in order to prevent fire theft vandalism and illegal entry.
- Conduct inspections of doors windows and gates to determine that they are secure.
- Report any unusual conditions or malfunctions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Terms of Employment:
Part Time School Year Schedule
Up to 18 hours per week
Work schedule requires flexibility may require mornings afternoons and/ or evening hours
