Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Claims Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all aspects of claims data identifying trends and providing valuable insights to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect analyze and interpret claims data to identify patterns trends and anomalies
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data findings for stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide datadriven recommendations for process improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular auditing and quality assurance measures
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of claims processes and systems
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality regulations while handling sensitive claims information
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Business or related field
- Proven experience as a Data & Reporting Analyst preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Tableau or Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Understanding of claims processes and terminology is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to claims data and reporting
