The opportunity
As we scale globally were looking for a Head of Demand Generation to lead our digital marketing engine. The role is responsible to develop and execute datadriven marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth customer acquisition and revenue.
This is a strategic and highimpact role for a growthfocused customerobsessed marketing leader. Youll be the driving force behind Protechts global demand generation effortsowning multichannel programs setting the standard for digital excellence and delivering measurable business impact.

What youll Do
Global Demand Generation Strategy
  • Design and execute global digital marketing campaigns across paid media content syndication and email.
  • Work closely with regional field marketing teams to align programs with local market needs and drive global consistency.
  • Manage digital agencies for media planning buying and campaign to maximise ROI.
  • Leverage HubSpot and automation tools to nurture leads accelerate pipeline and drive conversions.
Website & SEO Performance
  • Own website strategy performance and UXensuring the site is optimised for engagement SEO and conversion.
  • Lead Protechts SEO roadmap (onpage offpage technical) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEOfirst content strategies and continuous CRO testing.
Email Marketing & Automation
  • Oversee global email marketing strategy including segmentation workflows and performance optimisation.
  • Develop lead capture scoring and routing processes in collaboration with marketing and revenue operations.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR CANSPAM) and drive measurable campaign improvements.
Data Analytics & Continuous Optimisation
  • Define KPIs dashboards and performance metrics across campaigns and channels.
  • Lead the crossfunctional Lead Quality Council focusing on MQL to SQL conversion and lead governance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics HubSpot and Salesforce to inform decisions and continuously optimise performance.
CrossFunctional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead Protechts digital marketing centre of excellence setting global best practices and scalable processes.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for sales teams on demand generation campaigns and pipelinedriving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content sales and product marketing teams to deliver integrated highimpact campaigns.

What youll bring
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong expertise in demand generation website management SEO and email marketing
  • Handson experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and programmatic
  • Proficient in marketing and sales technology platforms especially HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices website analytics and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track report and optimise campaign performance
  • Experience managing external agencies for SEO and paid media
  • Experience working within global or multiregional marketing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global functions
