Could you be the fulltime Product Industrialization Manager in Barcelona were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

Youll manage industrialization team during development phase of the product. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering manufacturing) ensure the process is designed and implemented in line with the industrial requirements and the quality objectives of the project and much more.

Youll specifically be the main industrialization contact for all other functions of the project and thus represent PME department within the project.

Well look to you for:

During specification and preliminary design phases:

  • Make sure that Industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering during product specification and design.
  • Monitor coengineering activities with his Engineering counterpart. Animate ICONE workshops.
  • Design the global macroprocess based on standard SMP
  • Build the plan for tooling and other specific manufacturing equipment
  • Set up the industrialization planning including all activities: Coengineering activities PFMEA deliverables mile stones FAR/FAI.

During detailed design phase and before Serial Go:

  • Perform PFMEA.
  • Ensure that industrial documentation is issued in due time with the good quality level.
  • Ensure the availability of tools and workstations on schedule and consistent with EHS requirements ergonomics and quality.

After serial Go:

  • Manage industrialization of the retrofit after engineering changes.
  • Contribute to build continuous improvement action plan along with Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.

  • Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Organization.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or asimilated) French would be an asset.
  • Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 to 10 years experience preferably in the railway industry.
  • Technical experience of Process Engineering writing manufacturing work instructions line balancing Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials Routings Configuration followup
  • Working knowledge in Quality EHS standards and Ergonomics.
  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA DELMIA)
  • Process FMEA QRQC.
  • ConscientiousGood leadershipTeam PlayerDecisiveSelfMotivatedLogical and organize andGood communication skills.
