We are seeking a versatile Sr. Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our software development planning and delivery cycles. This position requires an adaptable professional who thrives in ambiguous environments and can seamlessly transition between various responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical operations expertise and program management skills.
Key job responsibilities
*Work with crossfunctional teams in delivering complex projects adapting methodologies as needed
*Drive operational excellence by implementing and optimizing technical processes
*Manage change initiatives guiding teams through transitions and new best practices
*Develop and maintain program strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals
*Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to drive innovation
*Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
*Communicate project status risks and results to senior leadership
7 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
5 years experience with various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Lean Waterfall) including strong technical background with handson experience in operational processes and tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
