Steampunk is seekingSenior Program Managerswho are technical creative handson experts with delivering innovative technology solutions. Ideal candidates will thrive working with clients in a consultative capacity and will have experience managing teams of technical personnel to build Salesforce systems. Responsibilities will include leadership of teams for the complete lifecycle of solution development and deployment from handson proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment. This individual will ensure effective endtoend solution design to include integration with other technologies and solutions driving high client satisfaction with the final solutions. This role involves managing complex projects and programs coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The individual will serve as the primary liaison between clients technical teams and leadership driving successful outcomes while adhering to contract terms timelines and budgets.

As aSenior Program Manager you will be the leader driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager coach mentor and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a federal government contracting Salesforce environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferably in Information Technology and 14 years of experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Proven background in federal government contracting and project management.
- PMP Certification.
- 10 Years in Program and Project Management.
- 10 Years experience with technology.
- Ability to get a Federal Clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
- Experience leading Salesforce implementations in federal government contracting environments.
- Leadership. If you dont know the difference between that and management this just isnt going to work out.
- Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom software solutions in client environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance program/project management business process and/or technical problems.
- Experience defining program scope objectives deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience developing detailed project plans schedules and risk management strategies.
- Experience generating executivelevel reports and dashboards on program health milestones and financial performance.
- Experience using xdatadriven insights to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations.
- Proven experience growing and selling while delivering.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills customercentric attitude ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- Proven team player and team builder.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes contracts (e.g. GSA schedules IDIQ) and compliance standards (e.g. FAR DFARS).
- Experience with managing budgets task orders and subcontractor relationships.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA).
Preferred
- Masters Degree preferably in Information Technology and 12 years of experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Federal Clearance.
- Experience with HumanCentered Design.
About steampunk
Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary including but not limited to geographic location contractual requirements education knowledge skills competencies and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $150000 to $225000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
