Responsibilities
- Manage the center and the team
- Handle stakeholder management
- Ensure timely mobilization for batch launch
- Ensure smooth daytoday center operation
- Manage data effectively
- Report daily activities to all stakeholders
- Ensure mobilization training and placement in the center
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
Qualifications
- Minimum graduate in any stream
- 23 years of center coordination/operation in the skill development domain
- Good communication skills in English Hindi and Odia
