THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in a fastgrowing global business. As a Marketing Intern at Elevate youll be a key part of a collaborative team supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and working alongside the Global Senior Campaign Executive and EU Marketing Intern youll contribute to digital marketing efforts across LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and our website. Your role will involve supporting with content creation social media management and website updates as well as supporting internal communications and recruitment marketing campaigns.
This is a fulltime 12month internship based in London ideal for someone on a placement year or a recent graduate looking to gain handson experience. The role follows our hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in our London office.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing US and Global social media channels (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok) working closely with the Global Senior Campaign Executive on content planning creation and scheduling.
- Monitor and respond to messages on social media using provided guidelines to maintain a consistent tone and approach.
- Support in writing social media captions blog articles and company announcements.
- Assist in uploading and updating website content on the Elevate Global website including case studies blog content and updates to existing landing pages.
- Support in setting up email campaigns and eNewsletters learning best practices in email marketing.
- Help track and gather insights on digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer (training will be provided).
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives for key campaigns and activations where staff are needed working closely with local staffing teams and the marketing team.
- Manage photography videography and creative assets (such as sales pagers) ensuring they are centrally saved and easily accessible for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Gather relevant materials for award entries liaising with internal teams to collect key information.
- Help draft case studies and client decks in PowerPoint format ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines for client presentations.
- Assist in internal communications on marketingrelated updates ensuring other teams are informed about relevant processes or recently published content to engage with.
REQUIREMENTS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Studying or recent graduate in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
- Passion for social media digital marketing and content creation.
- Some knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok Instagram Facebook LinkedIn) and an interest in learning about paid and organic strategies.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset and eagerness to contribute ideas.
- Proactive and organised with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
