Job Summary
As a Senior Training Consultant you will act as an Electric Power training expert. Lead develop and deliver training programs for Electric Power dealers and customer facing employees to maintain and improve their job skills; consulting Electric Power business units and dealers on training needs.

This position is located in Peoria IL.
This position requires up to 25 of working time travel.
This position offers domestic relocation assistance.
What You Will Do:
Provide expertise in developing and delivering Electric Power training modules courses and programs; ensuring that courses and materials are relevant to the organizations customer service processes.
Gathering Electric Power customer service performance data to measure success of the training programs; monitoring ROIs and taking appropriate measures to improve training effectiveness.
Reviewing and maintaining Electric Power training materials to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Analyzing new training methods tools and content options to determine the feasibility of use and application in future customer service Electric Power training programs.
Consulting business partners on Electric Power training requirements.
Executes certification and accreditation processes for Electric Power training programs.
Develops Electric Power instructors internal and external to Global Dealer Learning centers.
What You Have (Required Skills):

Summary Pay Range:
$126000.00 $189000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
