Castle Employment are working in partnership with a beautiful family owned business in Knaresborough to recruit apassionate Sous Chef you will need experience in with fresh food high quality cooking and experience in a similar position.

Where Youll Work: Youll be based in our charming 18thcentury bar and restaurant which is cosy dogfriendly and filled with character. In warmer months our popular heated and partcovered outdoor space offers a fantastic al fresco dining experience with stunning views of Knaresboroughs iconic railway station and surrounding countryside.
The Role: As Sous Chef youll play a key role in delivering exceptional food supporting the Head Chef and mentoring junior team members. Youll bring creativity leadership and a passion for fresh quality ingredients.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment
Strong knowledge of seasonal locally sourced ingredients
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen
