Rebuilding your life after prison is one of the toughest challenges a person can with the right support its are looking for individuals who have faced similar challenges themselves who are best able to support and understand the challenges our participants face.
Were looking for a dedicated individual with lived experience to join our Justice team Supporting participants gain essential life skills confidence and connections following a custodial sentence.
This is for the person who understands that rehabilitationis hard but by using your own experiences and knowledge you are ready to roll up your sleeves and proactively support others on their journey.
About the Role:
You will be working with individuals who have recently been released from prison on licence or on a community order. You will be a key member of a wider team supporting and encouraging to engage in activities learn new skills and maximise opportunities that will support them to address barriers and support their journey to rehabilitation.
