Job Title: Home Health Aide

Job Responsibilities
As a valued member of our care team you will:
Support patients in maintaining independence through daily care and encouragement
Provide personal care including bathing grooming and dressing
Assist with mobility turning and safe repositioning techniques
Monitor and document patients physical and mental conditions intake/output and exercise routines
Educate patients and their families on personal hygiene use of assistive devices and care best practices
Perform light housekeeping including laundry meal preparation errands and grocery shopping
Advise on nutrition home safety and cleanliness
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate concerns to the nursing supervisor
Comply with all agency protocols and relevant federal state and local regulations
Represent Better Home Care with professionalism empathy and excellence
Position Details
Schedule: 56 Hours/7 Days and 12 Hours / 3 Days
Shifts: Primarily day Evening and Overnight shifts (Sunday through Saturday);
Work Setting: Inhome care (inperson only)
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a home health care setting (required)
Licensure: Valid Drivers License (required); Certified Home Health Aide (preferred)
Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is essential
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Quick Start Bonus: Offered to candidates who complete all documentation and training within two weeks of HRs initial contact
Training: Paid (after required hours are completed)
