The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $60000 $85000 base pay range plus variable monthly commissions based on sales. Job Overview
The Regional Life Manager is responsible to maintain current producer relationships and to constantly build new relationships. This individual must have the ability to achieve required sales targets while working within the confines of a financial budget for the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Attain Sales Quota.
- Recruit new producers.
- Travel territory as required to meet producers.
- Prepare and manage branch budget.
- Train producers in product knowledge and administrative requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Business Administration Diploma or University Degree with a major in Marketing and/or Sales.
- Full life license.
- Minimum of 5 years working in the life insurance industry.
- Preference will be given to those candidates with a university degree and industry designations such as CLU or CFP.
- Individual should be able to market life insurance products to consumers and have experience in dealing with producers.
- Self starter.
- Willing to work independently.
- Ability to plan and organize their schedule.
