Job Description
Speech and Language PathologistSchool Year
Reports to: Supervisor of Related Services
Start Date: August 1 2025 for theSchool Year
Compensation: Per Salary Schedule
Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid Ohio Department of Education certificate or license in Speech Pathology
- A valid State of Ohio licensure in Speech Pathology
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Governing Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Position Duties May Include the Following Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to school age students
- Screens and evaluates language communication skills and hearing of students
- Scores writes maintains communicative status reports
- Gathers data concerning speech language and communication targets
- Monitors and documents student progress
- Part of the building team to write quality Multifactor Evaluations (MFE) andEvaluation Team Reports (ETR)as needed
- All other duties as assigned
