Job Posting:
Pay rate: $23.50 $22.00 base rate plus $1.50 shift differential)
Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked
3:30 pm shift start MF

We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for Second Shift 3:30pm 12:00am) MondayFriday. Overtime required as scheduled.

Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
35 years material handling equipment experience preferred
Drive to excel in fastpaced environment
Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including order selectors standup high lift reach trucks or dock stockers
Postoffer background check & drug screen are requiredResponsibilities
Operate powered industrial equipment including but not limited to standup forklifts in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
Execute tasks utilizing handheld RF units / scanners
Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
Accurately sort label and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies rules regulations and procedures set by the organization
Pay Range:
$15.00 $26.17Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
