Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment preferably in a fastpaced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Daytoday
As a JobTitle you will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
