Job Description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join the WW Promotions team. Our team vision is to create an ecosystem in which customers can find a wide range of compelling promotional discounts across Amazon and selling partners can grow their businesses through creating attractive offers to customers.
In this position you will help define and manage goals and key performance metrics as well as perform data deep dives to draw insights about selling partner and customer behavior that will impact product roadmaps influence business outcomes and contribute to documents for senior team members. The ideal candidate is a big thinker who obsesses over solving the most important customer problems as well as an organized selfstarter who breaks down projects into small pieces and adjusts plans based on customer feedback and the most recent learnings. This role entails stakeholder management requiring coordination with worldwide partner teams category teams and finance.
3 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
Experience with data modeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R SAS and Matlab
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2 DynamoDB S3 and Redshift
Experience in data mining ETL etc. and using databases in a business environment with largescale complex datasets
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
