Provide coaching and direction to Human Resources (HR) and Employee Health (EH) staff to drive performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and recommend organizational changes that improve the overall operational performance of the company and its employees.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree from a fouryear college or university in HR or related field.
REQUIRED MINIMUM CERTIFICATION:
No professional certifications required.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED MINIMUM SKILLS:
Experience in strategic planning and . knowledge of contracting negotiating and change management.
Knowledge of federal state and local employment wage and salary laws and regulations. Ability to interpret and advise on the application of EEO/AA laws.
Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
PHR/ SPHR or SHRM CP/ SCP certification preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time or exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
No potential for exposure to blood and body fluids.
