GundersenTri County is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Whitehall WI!
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rural community where your expertise and care will be highly valued.
We serve patients in three primary care clinics a new 24bed criticalaccess hospital and in anUrgent Care and Emergency Department.
What you will do:
1.0 FTE 40 hours/week) MondayFriday day shifts & every 5th or 6th Saturday
Provide outpatient care (with occasional inpatient coverage as needed)
Evaluate assess develop a plan of care & provide treatment/interventions to primarily adult patients who have a medical or other health related condition that limits their ability to move or function with activities of daily living.

What do you need:
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college
Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Wisconsin
