Internal Expression of Interest (EOI)

About the role

We are seeking expressions of interest from internal candidates who are interested in a temporary role in the People & Culture team. The role could be parttime to fulltime covering periods of leave or high volume work load assistance. We see this role having the potential of ongoing backfilling opportunities when the occasions arise.

Currently we have approval to fill this role Fulltime for 3 months (May July) we would be interested in talking to you.

The role will report to the Principal People & Culture Operations and will work closely with the People & Culture Specialists and Administration Officers within the Unit.

Role accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • General administration duties including answering phone calls and directing enquires to relevant officers and drafting and sending correspondence.
  • Monitoring group email inboxes
  • Review and Update of Position Descriptions.
  • Data entry and electronic filing using programs such as Technology One Lanteria Staff Request forms Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Setting up meeting/training rooms escorting and welcoming candidates and new employees.
  • Recruitment Admin support as required.

About you

The desired applicant will have Certificate IV or higher level qualifications in Human Resource Management Business Administration Organisational Development or a related field or demonstrated experience as a human resource practitioner and/or delivering endtoend talent acquisition activities or senior administrator.
