We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join us. This role focuses on data integration and analytics ensuring our systems are wellconnected and delivering actionable insights for better decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Design and implement data integration solutions across core HR systems (SuccessFactors ServiceNow Eightfold Microsoft)
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems
- Partner with People Analytics to enhance predictive capabilities in our data warehouse (One Model)
- Identify data gaps and implement solutions to improve data quality and completeness
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize data collection and utilization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Analytics Statistics or related field
- 35 years of experience in data analysis preferably in HR systems
- Strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
- Knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors ServiceNow) Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR analytics platforms (Eightfold One Model)
- Programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- Experience with Microsoft and workplace analytics
- Understanding of HR processes and talent management
