Join ourTenancy Management Team as a Neighbourhood Officer for an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing innovative solutionstosupportimprovements in our service to 5400 council tenants across Wiltshire.
As aNeighbourhood Officer you willprimarilymanage a geographic patch of council tenancies striving to deliver the best possible customer service to our tenants.This will involve proactive community engagement to develop our estates coupled with reactive tenancy management and on occasion enforcement action. The role requires an ability to work at all levels from managing those who are setting out on their housing journey torepresenting the Council in legal proceedings.
We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a varied and interesting role.Previous experience isdesirable however it is essential that you have fantastic interpersonal skills and a cando attitude and a genuine desire to contribute.
