Energy International plays a vital role in COWIs global energy division. Our cohesive team of 12 engineers delivers design services across multiple sectors.
Our core technical expertise encompasses district energy network refurbishment and development shortterm and longterm planning efuels synthesis process calculation and description biomass fuel analysis and more.
Energy International consists of dedicated colleagues from Denmark Germany Norway and Taiwan while collaborating closely with colleagues in the United Kingdom and North America. You will be joining an innovative team that delivers comprehensive offshore wind energy solutions and carbon capture projects offering full lifecycle services to our clients.
We are often looking for new colleagues within the area below:
District Heating and Cooling Design
- District Heating and Cooling pipeline detail design
- Technical documentation preparation for heat and cool distribution systems
- District Heating equipment selection and detail design
District Heating and Cooling Analysis
- Modelling of district heating and cooling (DHC) systems in specialized software
- Carrying out thermal hydraulic and economic analyses of DHC systems
- Feasibility studies and Master planning within DHC worldwide
- Optimization of the DHCs systems operation
- Heat pumps expertise
- Development of concepts related to feasibility of technological processes for potential heat generation and distribution projects
- Realtime and optimization DHC software implementation
Electrical Engineering
- Analyses computations and simulations of HV/MV electrical power grids (generation consumption renewables etc.
- Measurements analysis and simulations especially in the insulation of transformers cables and generators
Process Engineering
- Efuels synthesis process calculation/description
- Electrolysis process calculation/description
- Carbon Capture
- Thermodynamical calculation/optimization
- Biomass fuel analysis
- Calculation of emissions
- Selection of electrode steam boilers and steam generation units
