Summary:
Technical ability to assemble repair and maintain all Airgas systems
Electrical/Mechanical expertise in installing maintaining testing and troubleshooting equipment
Ability to differentiate and resolve equipment electrical mechanical and IT related issues providing root causes and mitigation actions.
Liaison with Production Management Engineering IT and safety personnel at all sites
Ability to efficiently plan and execute all service requirements in the field while implementing new installs nationwide.
PCB Testing
Provide technical service support via phone and email
Diagnose test or analyze the performance of electrical components assemblies or systems.
Set up and operate standard or specialized testing equipment
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service
Pack and process orders for shipments
Inventory management
Other job duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required(Associate Degree in a technical field a plus)
Experience with Google suite (Docs Sheets)
Able to save and maintain electronic files
Up to 40 travel required
Preferred:
Advanced computer skills (IP network connectivity).
Network skills (basic router setup).
A or MCSE a plus
