Job Description
This position is a 6 month contract based in Boston MA. This is not a remote role.
As an Influencer Marketing Associate you will play a critical role in scaling the Wayfair Creator Program. This role is essential for the growth of Wayfairs influencer marketing efforts. You will be responsible for discovering emerging influencer talent owning firsttouch communications vetting interested applicants and more. Additionally you will assist the team in curating lists of creators for adhoc campaign initiatives. Your strong interest in social media and the creator economy will be crucial in executing this role effectively.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and scale our influencer discovery and outreach initiatives.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the creator space in order to best discover new creators that align with the Wayfair brand vision.
- Monitor analyze and report on key performance indicators leveraging data to optimize our outreach strategy.
- Communicate applicationrate trends and improvement opportunities to management and the broader team.
- Meet or exceed our daily/weekly target for the number of creators outreached.
What Youll Need:
- Experience with social media and the creator economy
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus
- A Bachelors degree preferred
