Job Description

Job Goal: The Door Monitor is responsible for monitoring the main entrance of the school and for maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with the staff children and families in the programs.

Qualifications:

  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Attendance Record

Responsibilities:

  • Screens visitors before allowing them into the building
  • Operates desk/bell intercom to allow people to come in through the Main office for Afterschool pick up
  • Directs parents/guardians to specific rooms of academic and activity clubs that their student participates in
  • Answer phones in the Main Office and transferring calls
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Reports to:OST Director and Assistant Director
