What you will be doing as Senior Fullstack Developer Analyst in Warsaw

• Design develop and maintain the frontend layer business logic and backend systems using among others Spring Boot and ;
• Work closely with Product Owner Scrum Master Business Analysts Architects Developers Designers QA Engineers and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
• Develop highquality welldocumented and efficient code;
• Ensuring the code follows the latest coding practices and industry standards;
• Ensuring the application performance and scalability;
• Implement and contribute to the evolution of our design system including its associated CSS library;
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability;
• Write unit integration tests and functional automation;
• Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions;
• Contribute to building design patterns and architectural principles;
• Support product owner in defining future stories related to technical aspects of the product features;
• Support a BIT product development manager / technical leader in defining technical designs.

What do we expect from our future Senior Fullstack Developer

• 8 years of experience as a software engineer/developer;
• 5 years of experience in modern UI frameworks preferred);
• High familiarity with coding best practices design patterns and modern architectures (e.g. microservices micro frontends);
• Understanding of Spring JEE or other wellestablished backend frameworks;
• Understanding of ORM solutions (Hibernate JPA);
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS GCP);
• Experience with working and/or maintaining CI/CD pipeline and experience with related tools (Azure DevOps Bamboo);
• Good understanding of industrystandard protocols and formats (e.g. RESTFul SOAP XML JSON AMQP JMS delimited OAuth);
• Good knowledge of API and integration layer (API patterns queues messaging);
• Ability to work with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL Oracle);
• Strong understanding of web standards (HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript);
• Handson experience on industryleading IDEs repositories performance profilers;
• Experience in Agile process flow as a Fullstack developer (or similar) experience preferred;
• Understand technical best practices to support Agile development process flow.
