We are looking for aEPIC Trainer. The EPIC Trainer will educate and support providers and staff on efficient inbasket management workflows. The position requires excellent presentation and verbal skills as well as the ability to selfmotivate and work independently.

Location:6225 Smith Ave. Baltimore MD 21209
Shift: Exempt Fulltime 40 hours per week MonFri 8:00 5:00 p.m.
What Youll Need to be Successful:
- High School Diploma or GED requireda Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum three 3 years of clinical and healthcare experience required. One 1 year of Epic Ambulatory experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of medical insurance payer contracts and participating agreements is required. Demonstrated experience training adults in small and large group settings using multiple media formats.
Required Licensure Certification Etc.: Active Johns Hopkins electronic health record user in good standing preferred. Must be able to obtain Johns Hopkins Epic Credentialing within first year. Certifications in Instructional Design and Development Distance Learning or Webbased Training highly preferred. Other training and development or project management certifications a plus.
Salary Range: Minimum22.67per hour Maximum36.32per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
