Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant Campaign Initiatives and Engagement provides administrative assistance and office support to the Associate Vice Chancellor and Executive Director Campaign Initiatives and Engagement and individuals they supervise. Campaign Initiatives and Engagement is responsible for coordinating activities related to the planning and of comprehensive fundraising campaigns and special fundraising initiatives. This position requires considerable judgment tact creativity and initiative.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Associate Vice Chancellor and CI&E Staff Administrative Support
- Monitors and manages the Associate Vice Chancellors and Executive Directors calendar and scheduling.
- Anticipates and prepares materials needed by Associate Vice Chancellor and Executive Director for meetings and appointments.
- Project management responsibilities for Associate Vice Chancellor and Executive Director utilizing ClickUp.
- Composes and manages a variety of materials including written communications confidential reports event and meeting briefings and notes recorded in University Advancements CRM.
- Prepares special reports summaries or replies to inquiries.
- Prepares expense reports as needed.
Campaign Initiatives & Engagement Support
- Collaborates with Director Campaign Initiatives and Engagement to manage team communication and meeting cadence by creating agendas taking minutes identifying follow up tasks and implementing work.
- Serves as a member of the project management team keeping work operating in a timely fashion.
- Assists with special projects which may include editing and proofreading documents and presentations; creating and maintaining reports related to fundraising conducting research; managing supplies and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$21.17 $32.85 / Hourly
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance equity with others in the department market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
