At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City our Hospice Customer Service Representatives are more than just administrative supportthey are a vital link in ensuring compassionate timely care for patients and families during lifes most delicate moments.
We are looking for a calm organized and reliable team member who understands the emotional weight of hospice and brings warmth professionalism and precision to every task.
In this role youll be:
Supporting a dedicated team of hospice nurses aides chaplains and social workers
Coordinating schedules and communicating urgent needs with clarity and care
Managing sensitive documentation with confidentiality and accuracy
Serving as a compassionate point of contact for families physicians and referral sources
Helping ensure that patients receive timely dignified careevery step of the way
