Job Title: Online Marketing Manager

Hire Resolves client a wellestablished manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Online Marketing Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for planning executing and overseeing a companys online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness traffic engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads social media etc.
- Oversee content creation and distribution
- Optimize website and content for SEO
- Run and analyze email marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and engagement
- Track performance metrics and generate reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Test and optimize landing pages and user funnels
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online/digital marketing
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of SEO SEM and social media marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Business Suite etc.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
