COMPLETION LINING TECHNICIAN III

JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY:
Fabricate fitmodify and install lining (headliners sidewalls dados etc. systems as well asothersimilar accessories on VIPaircraft.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Fabricate fitmodifyand installaircraftlining.
- Interpret material specs and engineering drawings to ensureliningmeetsthe design specquality standards and customer expectations.
- Request material needsinatimelyfashionto ensure a continuousworkflow.
- Ensure all regulatory documentation iscomplied withand completedin accordance withtheComluxRSQM and other internal/external quality standards.
- Followsall department safety guidelines and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Intermediateknowledge of company installation procedures process specs IOPs etc.
- Other duties as assigned but not coveredherein.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION EXPERIENCE LICENSES ETC:
- High School DiplomaorGED.Relevant trade schoolattendance is a plus.
- Advancedknowledge ofthelinerinstallationprocessas it specifically relates to thecorporateaviation industry in a completions environment.
- 6yearsinteriorinstallexperience preferablyin the corporate aviation completion environment.
- Ability to read write speak and understand the English language.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strongknowledge andexpertisewithall aspects ofthelinerinstallation process.
- Knowledgeof the RSQM and FAA requirements as it relates tointeriorinstallation.
- Working knowledge of computers andrelated softwareutilizedbyComlux.
- Working knowledgeof lean orother continuous improvement opportunity techniques.
- Ability to communicate in an assertive yet professionalmotivatingand tactful manner.

The work environment described here is representative of those required by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations.The location where this position works is inan aircrafthangar environment whichcould be subject to weather changes and is subject toconstant exposure to loud noise potential contact with hazardous waste material heavymachineryand other safety hazards such as cabinetsetc.
