Job Description
Location:
2727 N Central Ave Phoenix Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaThis internship will start on June 2nd and will run for 10 weeks.
UHaul International is seeking a hardworking energetic highschool or college intern to join the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follow up on tolls parking and fine citations
- Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
- Work with customers field locations DMVs and the UHaul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good attendance record
- Previous call center/phonebased work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Taskoriented and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Work Schedule:
- 25 hours per week between 6:00am6:00pm MondayFriday and 6:00am4:30pm on Saturday
