Job Description
$115k $125k (negotiable) super bonus outstanding stepup opportunity for a Team Manager or accomplished Senior Rehab Consultant.

We are proudly partnering with one of the national leaders in Workplace Health and Injury Management services who are growing their Western Sydney team. As part of growth and some recent internal development opportunities they are looking for a new Western Sydney Branch / Area Managerwho is passionate about growing and developing teams and is wanting to join an organisation where they can make a genuine impact.

Key areas of the role are:
- Growing and leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants including Seniors (team midsized but growing)
- Managing financial and commercial aspects of the area (with full support)
- Capability building within the team and maximising staff engagement
You will be an experienced leader who is craving the excitement that can come with entering an organisation at this level with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management. Right now its likely that you are team manager or an accomplished Senior Rehab Consultant who has
- 34 years in Occ Rehab
- Experience mentoring coaching and helping build team capability
- A strong desire to step up and take ownerships of a region
