Your Role & Responsibilities:
As Head Nurse youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our brandnew clinic. Your leadership will help create a positive supportive work environment while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care. You will:
Lead mentor and manage the nursing team to ensure toptier patient care
Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols
Work closely with vets and support staff to develop tailored patient care plans
Ensure proper use and maintenance of stateoftheart equipment and technology
Manage and monitor inventory of medical supplies and medications
Foster a collaborative positive workplace culture
Stay up to date with advancements in veterinary nursing through CPD and training
