Role Overview: As an Employee Benefits Client Executive you will be responsible foroverseeing the strategic management and administration of employee benefitprograms for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of employeebenefits excellent communication skills and the ability to build strongrelationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding theiremployee benefits programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders withinclient organizations.
  • Understand clients business objectives and align employee benefitsstrategies accordingly.
2. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop strategic plans for clients employee benefits programsbased on their unique needs and objectives.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness andcompetitiveness of benefit offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensurecompliance and relevance of benefit programs.
3. Account Administration:
  • Oversee the daytoday administration of clients employee benefitsplans including enrollment eligibility and claims processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as benefits specialists andactuaries to deliver timely and accurate services to clients.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy andefficiency of benefit program operations.
4. Consultative Support:
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on variousemployee benefits topics including health insurance retirementplans and wellness initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance and impact ofbenefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist clients in communicating benefit offerings to employees andaddressing any questions or concerns.
5. Renewal Management:
  • Lead the renewal process for clients employee benefits plansincluding negotiating rates with insurance carriers andrecommending plan design changes as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive renewal presentations and proposals forclients highlighting key findings and recommendations.
6. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales underwriting andlegal to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managementstaff fostering their professional development and growth.
Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in employee benefits administration orrelated field with a focus on account management.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Indepth knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations includingERISA ACA and HIPAA.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategicrecommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to conveycomplex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively ina team environment.
