Who are we looking for
A highly respected consistent and inspirational leader who fully embodies our Charitys CARE values you will have a great record of clinical achievement and a strong background in relevant approaches. We expect a commitment to excellent patient care; and you will need to evidence experience of service development and quality improvement in addition to strong change management and strategy development skills.
We are looking for a consultant psychiatrist CCT in Forensic ideally with years of experience leading teams.
Highly interested in quality improvement and embedding quality management system looking for improvements in a timely and efficient mannerInterested in fostering psychological safety with the team innovation and keeping high standards of quality.
